UFO Appears Over Active Mexican Volcano

Popocatepetl, also known as El Popo, is an active volcano located near Mexico City that has recently been the subject of a new UFO sighting. Headlines today erupted with news that “UFO appears over active Mexican volcano!” The volcano has long been believed by some to be the location of a secret alien base of operations, due to the abundance of footage that has been captured of crafts reportedly entering and exiting the mountain over the years.

The latest UFO sighting near Popocatepetl was witnessed by a Mexican couple, Karla Garcia and Luis Guerra, who photograph the active volcano as a hobby. After the volcano began rumbling, Guerra started filming and taking photos of the mountain. He was especially interested on this day as a full moon could be seen on the left side of the volcano, creating a unique photograph.

García shared the photograph on her WhatsApp status, and her friends soon started messaging her, pointing out the UFO in the photograph. García then asked her boyfriend if she could upload the photo to Twitter, and the image quickly went viral. She also posted the photo on her Facebook page, writing, “Today’s photo at 7:52 am. Popocatépetl, the moon and possibly a UFO.”

UFO sighting in Mexico, and places like Popocatepetl are not uncommon, and some experts believe that the volcano may indeed be the home of an alien base. In 2020, UFO expert Scott Waring wrote, “The ancient volcano is home to an alien base 5-6km below the surface that is the size of an entire city. UFOs are frequently seen on live came exiting and entering the volcano. This is just further proof that the alien base does exist and that the aliens living there have very large spacecraft.”

Despite this, the recent statements by former Department of Defense official Luis Elizondo that he has seen genuine evidence of alien vessels will likely fuel more interest in these claims, and sightings like the one near Popocatepetl will continue to be a source of intrigue for many.
